Hi Chris, I am so glad I Googled you and found your site. I highly doubt you remember us but we started training with you in 2000 at your studio Old Canal Canine Academy in Plainville, Connecticut. My name is Steve C. and Ryker (German Shepherd) was one of your first students at the Academy. I remember your dog Asia from back then.

I learned so much and retained so much info from your school that I have already taught Baron. Sit, Down, Head Down, Paw, Leave it, Bang ( Play Dead). He is so smart and he is only 5 months old. Baron can hold the treat on the paw in the "leave it" position for almost 2 minutes.

You taught us about nutrition back in 2000 and how to read the ingredients in the food very carefully. Well, I have almost become my own expert on dog food over the years. I feed Baron ONLY Acana (Grain Free) and Orijen Large Breed Puppy formula from Champion Pet Foods in Alberta, Canada. Orijen is rated #1 for the last 3 years. It is top shelf. I'm sure you have heard of it.

Well... I am having typical puppy behavior problems with Baron. I have tried to curb them but seem to get nowhere and get frustrated. When it comes to learning sit, down and all his tricks he gets a A++. When it comes to puppy bad behavior he gets a F-...

Chris, I totally trust your methods. Ryker was living proof and was the love of my life for almost 12 years. I want Baron to be the next generation love of my life.

Hi Chris,

We miss your visits, Nikita is doing wonderful (because of your help) we have been working with her a lot. We use your tips and lessons all the time and we are very lucky to have found you. It was awesome the way Nikita took to you right away and you to her. She is looking forward to her next lessons with you as am I. She has gotten so big, but she is still our baby. Nikita said to tell you "Arf, Arf" J Anyhow, Mamie and I would like to thank you again for your help and I hope we are able to get together again soon for the next course of her training.

I have recommended you to friends who are in need of your help. Since we met you, we wouldn't want anyone but you to work with our little lady.

Hi Chris,

Not sure if you remember Monte, but we sure remember you. Monte was the most aggressive Golden Retriever that I had ever seen as a puppy. You are the most amazing trainer. Because of you and your help, Monte became the most amazing, loving, wonderful dog that I could have ever asked for. He was my first "baby".

I remember Monte when he was a puppy, he couldn't even be approached when he had anything in his mouth. He grew up to be the most loveable, half human dog that I ever had. My daughter would just walk up to him and he dropped whatever was in his mouth and gave her a kiss. They always snuggled on the couch together, it was adorable.

He and my daughter are my life and I feel like I have now lost a part of that. Monte had to be put to sleep yesterday. He was diagnosed with an aggressive cancer back in September and had his spleen removed. Statistics only give weeks to months following surgery. Monte fought hard and lived like a 6 month old puppy up until about 2 weeks ago.

Anyway, I just want to say thank you. He was, and always will be the most amazing dog I have ever had. I really wish you were still around here, because if I ever decide to get another one, I would want you to train him.
